Another Trophy For The Under 16's

Whitton Under 16s are running away with everything this season. Last Sunday they played Trimley Red Devils in the Open Cup Final at Gainsborough in a well fought out match between two good footballing teams. Whitton gained an early lead after just 3 minutes with a volley from Lloyd. Then injuries forced changes and on came Johnson who scored with his head in the 57th minute, and again with 2 minutes to go to give Whitton United the Open Cup. Well done lads again and congratulations to Mary.

COLCHESTER CUP BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!!! The Under 16s are now playing on Saturday 14th May at Stanway with a 4.00pm kick-off,

and not Sunday as previously advised. More cups for the clubhouse - maybe we can get sponsorship from Duraglit after all !!!
